Seed Wellness Concierge

Includes:

  • Pediatric or Adult Concierge Functional Medicine Membership: $725/person/month

  • Four, 30-min visits allotted per month (in-person, telemedicine, or phone)

  • 6am-9pm, seven (7) days a week. After-hours calls are to be returned the next business day

  • 3-month contract, 1-month cancellation notice

Perks to Concierge Membership:

  • 10% discount on individual acute visits

  • 10% discount all individual IV therapies and injections

  • Expanded hours

  • Provides access to natural treatments for more urgent issues

  • Additional 30-min visits can be added with a 10% discount ($157 each)
